该项目位于西昌市火把广场,其以演艺中心为主,融学术交流、展览、休闲、娱乐为一体的多功能文化建筑,地处邛海西北侧,占地约1100亩。
The project is located in Torch Square, Xichang City. It is mainly a performing arts center and a multi-functional cultural building integrating academic exchanges, exhibitions, leisure and entertainment. It is located on the northwest side of Qionghai Sea and covers an area of about 1,100 mu.

本案为影院改造设计项目,分别为一层影院大厅◥、至二层阶梯以及二层卡座休息区的设计升级改造。
原功能分区不明确无逻辑,且设施老旧环境昏▓暗;那么我们设计师此次设计的重点←将从“后疫情时代”入手,后疫情时代的影院经营与发展,成了现下社会环境中有待探讨的公共议题之一ζ。经历过☆因疫情停业、观影限流的诸多蹉跎,一个问题渐渐暴露在了大众视野内。影院经营者理应对空间的商业价值开发提出更深度的剖析,建立全新的视觉形象影院,设计团队针对年轻消费与颜值经济共ω 存进行了深入探讨,考虑为旧商场带来新商业模※式的思考,并引导空间属性产生更自由的延展,才足以去应对瞬息万变的当下。
This case is a cinema renovation design project, which is the design upgrade and renovation of the cinema hall on the first floor, the stairs to the second floor and the rest area of the card seat on the second floor.The original functional zoning is unclear and illogical, and the facilities are old and dim; then our designers will focus on the "post-epidemic era". The operation and development of theaters in the post-epidemic era has become the current social environment to be discussed. one of the public issues. After experiencing a lot of wasted business closures and movie viewing restrictions due to the epidemic, a problem has gradually been exposed to the public eye. Cinema operators should put forward a more in-depth analysis of the commercial value development of the space and build a brand-new visual image cinema. The design team conducted in-depth discussions on the coexistence of young consumption and the economy of appearance, and considered the thinking of bringing new business models to old shopping malls. And guide the spatial attributes to produce a more free extension, which is enough to cope with the ever-changing present.

从入口↙到墙面,以无处不在的中影【星美影城标志性logo,强化消费者对品牌的记忆,为消费者制造新的话题,深化品」牌与顾客之间的关系,在提升消费体验的同时,完成㊣ 新旧影院品牌之间的交替。
From the entrance to the wall, the ubiquitous iconic logo of China Film Stellar International cineplex strengthens consumers' memory of the brand, creates new topics for consumers, deepens the relationship between the brand and customers, and enhances the consumer experience. At the same time, complete the alternation between old and new cinema brands.

设计师还基于色彩法则在空间中的大胆创作,大面积浅灰色〓与棕色作为主色调,两个柔和的色块与极富冒险△精神的明黄色相撞,产生【一种刺激而和谐的美感,塑造出一个极具辨识度的摩登空间,并引发消费者的情绪反应与变化,促进探索欲。
The designer also created boldly in the space based on the color law. A large area of light gray and Brown were used as the main colors, and the two soft color blocks collided with the adventurous bright yellow, creating a stimulating and harmonious aesthetic feeling, shaping a highly recognizable modern space, triggering the emotional response and change of consumers and promoting the desire for exploration.

通往影厅的阶梯,拱形的木作架构在10余∴米挑高的空间中,经由设计师巧妙的排列,形成了极具张力的透视观感。上卐下分流的动线设计,让出入的观影者之间互不干扰。
The stairs leading to the cinema and the arched woodwork structure form a very tense perspective in a space more than 10 meters high, which is cleverly arranged by the designer. The moving line design of up-down diversion allows the viewers in and out to not interfere with each other.

木质材料纯粹质感、温厚色调与暗黑未来感的基调形成了强烈的对比,成就了场所内满蕴文化积淀的氛围感。设计的手法让不同业态商业空间内的消费人群产生ω 良性流动,激活了〖影院商业新模式,也为影院店的复兴提供了“零售+娱乐”的升级版玩法。
The pure texture and warm tone of wood materials form a strong contrast with the tone of dark future, which makes the place full of cultural accumulation. The design method makes the consumer groups in the commercial space of different formats have a benign flow, activates the new business model of the cinema, and also provides an upgraded version of "retail + entertainment" for the revival of the cinema store.

电影院承】载着逃离现实的白日梦,为了让白日梦更沉浸,对此设计师在塑造新消费体○验上,必须考虑三者相辅相成,缺一不可。我们一改传统设计的思路,将传统设¤计逻辑转变为更具深度的思考,从而融合复合业态的角度〗出发,将影院空间与其他具有相似娱乐属性的业态整合,刺激消费者延长在◤影院的停留时间,最大化利用了空间的坪效价值,弥补观影前后的空闲时光。为观众入■场前提供了一个悠闲等候的场所,也为平时的交流和活动提供了空间。构筑了满足商业№相对闭环的前卫新型影院♂空间。
Cinemas carry daydreams that escape from reality. In order to make daydreams more immersive, designers must consider the three complement each other and are indispensable in shaping new consumption experience. We changed the traditional design thinking and transformed the traditional design logic into more in-depth thinking, so as to integrate the perspective of composite formats, integrate the theater space with other formats with similar entertainment attributes, and stimulate consumers to prolong their stay in the theater. , maximize the use of the floor effect value of the space, and make up for the free time before and after watching movies. It provides a place for the audience to wait leisurely before entering the venue, and also provides space for the usual exchanges and activities. A avant-garde new cinema space that satisfies the relatively closed-loop business has been constructed.
